Tracker Live Order Tracking

Overview

Designed to display orders using Shipping Method as a priority. The aim is to show the order that should be filled next at the top of the list.
The order will be displayed so that Overnight Ship Methods are filled before Ground based methods.

For optimal display area a monitor capable of a resolution of 1366 x 768 is recommended.

The Ship Menu

We have to enforce some consistency and are doing that via the Tracker Ship menu.

The Rules

When a pick is started for a customer that has data entered in the Ship Via field of the customer record, that data is used as default Ship Via for any new orders.

If the Ship Via contains a valid Ship Via Code or an Alias for a Ship Via Code all is well, no Ship menu will open automatically. To make a change go to the Ship Via field via the F4 key and press the ? key.

If the data in the default Ship Via is unknown or empty the Ship Menu will open so that you can make a selection from the Ship Menu. You can make your selection with the up/down arrow and then press ENTER or you can press the Menu Code on the left.
